New submission process for Visa ICS
A recent announcement from Visa Approval Services introduced a modification of the method to submit Visa Device Questionnaire and ICS.
What's new ?
Since the beginning of March, instead of sending ICS (Implementation Conformance Statement), or Device Questionnaire, by email to Visa Approval Services, payment terminal vendors shall use the Digital Partner Portal and submit the ICS of their products electronically prior to initiating terminal type approvals with Visa contactless kernels.
The use of this online service allows to get a more suitable and trackable status for device testing and approval.
Prior to connecting to Visa Digital Portal terminal vendors must ensure that they are registered as Vendor and have executed Approval Services Testing Agreement.
NB : the use of the online portal is not adapted to submit ICS for Visa Tap to Phone questionnaire.
