Technical documentation update for Visa type approval

Visa has recently announced the update of some technical documentation used during the process of payment terminal type approval.
Among these documents, a new version of the VCPS 2.2c test plan is now available, as well as a new
Implementation Conformance Statement form for contactless readers.
